My Diet My Rules - 16 Jul 2020
7 AM - Ginger Tea
10.10 AM - First meal
Sprouts - 4 spoons
Peanuts - 1/2 spoon
Pumpkin seeds - around 10
Sunflower seeds - around 10
Watermelon seeds - around 10
Jaggery - 1 spoon

11 AM - Spinach rice. My friend brought it for me. 😍 Yummy.
1.30 PM Second meal
Bottle guard curry
Sesame seeds and flax seeds powder - 1/2 spoon
Urad dal chutney ( మినపప్పు పచ్చడి ) - 1 spoon
Rasam with pinch of curry leaf powder
Papaya

5.45 PM - Coffee

8 PM - Third meal
Sprouts
2 Boiled eggs fried in oil, tumeric, chilli powder and salt.
