7 AM - Ginger tea

9 AM - Half big Lemon + 1 spoon soaked sabja seeds + pinch of salt water
10.10 AM - First meal
Almonds - 5
Walnuts - 2
Carrot, beet root salad
Pesarattu with 1 spoon batter sprinkled with black sesame seeds - 4
Peanuts chutney - 1spoon
Sesame seeds, flax seeds powder - 1 spoon

1.30 - Second meal
Moong dal brinjal curry
Beetroot fry 
Curd - 2 spoons with mixed seeds
Banana - 1

5.45 PM - Ginger tea

7.15 PM - Third meal
Chapati - 1
Moong dal brinjal curry
Sauted Corn with salt, chilli powder and garlic
Papaya pieces
