10.10 AM - First meal
Soaked almonds - 5
Walnuts - 2
Sprouts
Peanut chutney

1.30 PM - Second meal
Beans fry 
Mixed nuts
Peanut laddu
Rasam
Curd with onion

5.30 PM - Ginger tea

6.30 PM - Third meal
Hariyali tawa chicken - 4 pieces
